Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only on items that are unused and in like-new condition with all original packaging. We do not offer returns on used products — once a paddle has been played with, it is not eligible for return. To start a return, email colin@chapmanpickleball.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

C5 Warranty

Every C5 paddle is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, including:
• Face delamination
• Edge-guard separation
• Core or structural failure under normal play
This warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear, surface grit loss from play, scratches, dents, or damage from misuse, abuse, or improper storage. Raw carbon faces naturally wear with use — this is expected and not a defect. Warranty is limited to one replacement per purchase.
