WARRANTY POLICY
All Chapman Pickleball products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. We are committed to ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality and performance.
WHAT'S COVERED
- ✓ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- ✓ Delamination under normal playing conditions
- ✓ Structural failure not caused by misuse or abuse
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- ✗ Normal wear and tear (edge guard chips, surface scratches, grip wear)
- ✗ Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification
- ✗ Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Email us at Colin@chapmanpickleball.com or use our contact form with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your claim within 48 hours.
RETURN POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE
No returns are accepted on used or opened goods. All sales of opened or used products are final.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chapman Pickleball purchase. Please review the eligibility guidelines below before requesting a return.
